Depending on your use case, you might need to install Data Movement gateway to move data from SaaS applications. For more information, see ¿Cuándo es obligatorio Data Movement gateway?.

Preparing for authentication

To access your data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

Asegúrese de que la cuenta que utiliza tenga acceso de lectura a las tablas que desea recuperar.

To give a user the permission to access an API:

In Gladly, click the menu in the left top corner and navigate to Settings>Users.
Search and select the user who needs the access. A permission named API User is created.
Select the permission and do not change the Agent role of the user.
Click Save.

To generate an API token:

In Gladly, go to More settings.
If you do not see this menu, request the access to the API. See the procedure above.
Click API Tokens and Create Token in the top-right corner.
Copy the API token.

You can find your Help Center ID in Gladly:

Navigate to Settings>Help Center.
Click the three dots next to Help Center.
Select Configure.
Copy the Help Center ID from the URL.

Creating the connection

Data gateway	Seleccione una Data Movement gateway si su caso de uso así lo requiere. Nota informativa Este campo no está disponible con la suscripción Qlik Talend Cloud Starter porque Data Movement gateway no se admite. Si tiene otro nivel de suscripción y no desea utilizar Data Movement gateway, seleccione Ninguna. Organization	The name of your organization in the Gladly domain. Example: In https://example.gladly.com, the organization name is example.
Help Center ID	Help Center ID.
Agent Email	The email of the Gladly user who has access to the API.
API Token	API token.
