Harvest

Harvest is a time tracking and management software with reporting and streamlined online invoicing.

Depending on your use case, you might need to install Data Movement gateway to move data from SaaS applications. For more information, see Quando è richiesto il Data Movement gateway?.

Preparing for authentication

To access your data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

Assicurarsi che l'account utilizzata disponga di accesso di lettura per le tabelle che si desidera recuperare.

To obtain your client ID and secret:

Connect to https://id.getharvest.com/developers.
Navigate to the Developers section.
Create an OAuth app. For more information, see OAuth 2.0 Authentication from the Harvest documentation.

Creating the connection

For more information, see Connessione alle applicazioni SaaS.

Click Authenticate when you have filled in the required connection settings.

You may be asked to log in to the source application.

A window is displayed with an authentication code.
Copy the code to the clipboard and return to the connection dialog.
Paste the code in Complete authentication with the code provided by the source and click Verify.

When status is Verified,the authentication is verified.
Provide a name for the connection in Connection name.
Select Open connection metadata to define metadata for the connection when it has been created.

Data gateway	Selezionare un Data Movement gateway se richiesto dal proprio caso di utilizzo. Nota informatica Questo campo non è disponibile con la sottoscrizione a Avvio Qlik Talend Cloud, poiché non supporta il Data Movement gateway. Se si dispone di un altro livello di sottoscrizione e non si desidera utilizzare il Data Movement gateway, selezionare Nessuno. Client Id	Client ID.
Client Secret	Client secret.
Reporting start date	Start date of the reporting queries in the format `YYYY-MM-DD`. Example: 2023-12-27.
