Preparing for authentication

To access your data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

To obtain your App Key, your Client ID and your Secret Key:

1. In the Developer Portal, click the My Apps tab and select New Apps.

2. Enter the prompted information which includes your Tenant ID.

3. From the list of API Scopes, select the data you want and select the View option. An App Key will be generated upon the successful creation of the App.

4. Copy and save the App Key in a secured file. You will need it to connect to the application.

5. In the Developer Portal, select Integrations.

6. Click API Application Access to open the Manage API Application Access page.

7. Click Connect New App and select the App you created to generate the App Key.

8. Allow access for the API Scopes.

9. Copy and save the App Key in a secured file. You will need it them to connect to the application.

10. Once you allow access, your Client ID and Secret Key are generated.

11. Copy and save the Client ID and Secret Key in a secured file. You will need them to connect to the application.

Creating the connection

1. Заполните необходимые свойства подключения.

2. Заполните поле Имя подключения.

3. Установите флажок Открыть метаданные подключения, чтобы определить метаданные для подключения, когда оно будет создано.

4. Щелкните Создать.
