Dixa is a customer service platform that unifies customer data and communication channels.

Preparing for authentication

To access your data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

To generate the API token:

Log into your Dixa account.
Go to the Settings page.
Scroll to the Manage section and click Integrations.
In the API Tokens tab, click Add API token.
Give the API token a name, like Qlik Integration, to make it easy to find in your list of tokens.
Choose Dixa API as the API version.
Click Save changes
Copy the token.

Creating the connection
