Publish an app to a stream

Publish an app to a stream by using the Publish method.

Example

1. Publish the app. The name of the published app is "Golf Quest_Published". The identifier of the stream is b09be8ee-c807-4aa3-8bf6-4cc7729200a8.

The client sends:
