Administering your tenant

Administrators can manage users, resources, features, and security settings for their tenant in the Administration activity center.

Before you start migrating your replication tasks to Qlik Talend Cloud, it is recommended that you configure the following areas in Administration: Users, email notifications, and data spaces.

Adding and managing users

Setting up email notifications

Email notifications are needed to keep track of the status of your data integration projects and pipelines. It is recommended that you set up email notifications before starting a replication task. For more information, see the following topics:

Creating and managing data spaces

Data spaces help you control access to your connections, projects, tasks and pipelines. All accounts include a common data space that all users can access, however, if you need to limit certain connections to only some users, you need to create new data spaces.
